01Two ways in

Hire the practice, or run what it built

Some organisations need a system designed, delivered and assured. Others need software that has already passed that test. We do both, with the same people.

02Products

Built in the practice, shipped as products

Each one started as a client problem the market could not answer. We built it, proved it under real obligations, then shipped it as software you can buy.

Runs where the data lives

Documents are redacted on-device, databases are read in place, invoices are audited inside your own cloud account. Nothing is sent to us to be processed.

Evidence, not attestations

Every detection, flag and recommendation shows its reasoning and its source, so a reviewer or an auditor sees why, not just what.

People keep the decision

The software finds, flags and drafts. A person reviews, approves or pays. That is the line we design to, in our products and in yours.

03Services

Architecture and advisory across the whole stack

Nine service lines spanning artificial intelligence, machine learning, enterprise data and analytics. Engage one of them or the chain end to end.

01 Strategy

04 Machine learning

Machine Learning and Predictive Modelling

Classical modelling where it is still the right answer: forecasting, scoring, segmentation and optimisation.

  • Forecasting, classification and propensity models
  • Optimisation, scheduling and simulation
  • Feature engineering and feature stores
  • Model validation and risk documentation
05 Operations

MLOps and Platform Operations

The machinery that keeps models honest after launch, so performance is observed rather than assumed.

  • Training, deployment and rollback pipelines
  • Monitoring, drift detection and alerting
  • Experiment tracking and model registries
  • Cost, latency and reliability engineering
06 Enterprise data

Data Platform and Engineering

The foundation everything above depends on: architecture, movement, quality and clear ownership of data.

  • Data architecture, lakehouse and warehouse design
  • Ingestion, transformation and streaming pipelines
  • Migration and modernisation of legacy estates
  • Integration, APIs and event-driven design
07 Data governance

Data Governance and Quality

Definitions, ownership and controls that make the numbers defensible before anyone models on them.

  • Data quality, lineage and observability
  • Master and reference data management
  • Metadata, cataloguing and access control
  • Privacy, retention and residency controls
08 Analytics

Analytics and Decision Support

Reporting and semantic layers that produce one number, and hold up when that number is questioned.

  • Semantic layers and metric definitions
  • Reporting, dashboards and self-serve analytics
  • Statistical analysis and experiment design
  • Analytics operating models and enablement
09 Assurance

AI Governance and Assurance

Independent examination against the obligations your organisation will actually be held to, with findings written for an auditor to read.

  • Independent acceptance testing of AI systems
  • Policy and control frameworks
  • Immutable action logging and drift monitoring
  • Adversarial and prompt-injection testing
  • Vendor evaluation and procurement clauses

What we build

Client names are withheld under confidentiality

National government

Bilingual multi-agent assistant inside an accredited security boundary

The challenge
Staff needed an assistant that worked equally well in both working languages, without any data leaving an accredited security boundary.
What we did
Thirteen agents orchestrated on Azure inside government security controls, with English and French built as two first-class delivery paths rather than a translation layer bolted on at the end.
Where it stands
Scoped to serve every department of the government. Architecture and assurance led end to end by SystemGenX
Regulated industry Now shipping as ExWoo Redact

Air-gapped system for removing personal information

The challenge
The organisation could not send personal information to a hosted model, which ruled out every commercial option on the market.
What we did
A redaction system designed to run entirely on the client's own hardware, air-gapped, with no network traffic of any kind at the point of use.
Where it stands
Runs fully inside the client's infrastructure. No data leaves the boundary
Voice automation Now shipping as Telivo

Voice agent platform owned end to end

The challenge
Voice stacks assembled from vendor APIs leave the operator unable to explain, tune or account for how their own system behaves.
What we did
Telephony, language model and speech layers owned and orchestrated directly, self-hosted rather than rented, so every layer can be inspected and changed.
Where it stands
In daily production use. Full control of the stack retained
05Where we work

Sectors, and the rules that apply in them

Work spans government, financial services, health, utilities and technology. Each sector carries its own obligations; systems are designed and tested against the ones that apply to you, not a generic checklist.

Government

National, regional and municipal. Directives on automated decision-making and agentic AI, language obligations, security classification and accessibility.

Financial services

Model risk management, explainability, audit trails and documentation written for a regulator rather than an internal reader.

Health and human services

Personal health information, consent, de-identification, and safety review for anything that touches care decisions.

Utilities, energy and transport

Operational technology boundaries, reliability engineering and safety cases for automated or assisted decisions.

Privacy and data protection

National and regional privacy law, data residency, retention schedules and cross-border transfer.

Emerging AI regulation

AI regulation and guidance tracked across jurisdictions as it lands, and applied as design constraints rather than a compliance afterthought.

06How engagements run

Terms set before the work starts

01

Fixed fee

A defined amount agreed before work begins. No hourly drift.

02

Milestone deliverables

Payment tied to named artefacts, each one reviewable on its own.

03

Named backup associate

A named associate is identified in the engagement letter for continuity.

04

Weekly written status

A short written status every week: what moved, what is blocked, what is next.

05

Files in your tenancy

All working files are created and delivered in your own tenancy, not a consultant's.

06

30-day handover

Thirty days of handover support after the final milestone, at no additional cost.

07Questions

Straight answers, before the first call

The questions buyers, procurement teams and evaluators ask most, answered the way we would answer them in a meeting.

What does SystemGenX do?

SystemGenX is an independent AI and data practice. It designs, delivers and assures artificial intelligence, machine learning, enterprise data and analytics systems for organisations in regulated sectors, and it builds its own software products: ExWoo Redact, ExWoo Atlas, VendorOptic and Telivo.

Is SystemGenX a consultancy or a software company?

Both. Nine service lines cover strategy, architecture, delivery and independent assurance. Four products started inside client engagements and are now sold as software. The same senior architects work on both sides.

What is ExWoo Redact?

ExWoo Redact is PDF redaction software that finds and permanently removes personal information on-device. It detects more than 40 types of personal information, destroys text at the binary level of the file rather than covering it, makes no cloud calls, and can run fully air-gapped.

What is ExWoo Atlas?

ExWoo Atlas maps, documents and governs databases from a single installer, read only. It produces diagrams, column-level lineage and a privacy inventory for PostgreSQL, Oracle and SQL Server, and its advisor writes the SQL that fixes what it finds.

What is VendorOptic?

VendorOptic is contract-to-payment assurance. Five AI agents check every invoice line against the contract before the payment run, assemble the evidence, draft disputes and track recoveries, running inside your own cloud account. A person makes every decision.

What is Telivo?

Telivo provides AI receptionists specialised for construction, dental, energy, roofing and business development. They answer calls around the clock, book appointments, speak 68 languages and connect to tools such as ServiceTitan, Dentrix and Salesforce.

How do engagements run?

A fixed fee is agreed before work begins. Payment is tied to named milestone deliverables, a backup associate is named in the engagement letter, a short written status arrives every week, every working file is created in your own tenancy, and thirty days of handover support follow the final milestone.

Which sectors does SystemGenX work in?

Government, financial services, health and human services, utilities, energy and transport, and technology. Each system is designed and tested against the obligations that apply in your sector rather than a generic checklist.

How do I start?

Email info@systemgenx.com with a short description of the system, the obligation you are being held to, and the date that matters. A senior architect replies within one business day.

What to send
  1. 01The system. What it does, what it touches, and who runs it.
  2. 02The obligation. The rule, regulator or contract you are being held to.
  3. 03The date. The deadline that makes this matter now.
